Hey -- I wrote a business plan for a competition and was looking for critque and feedback. Willing to send the business plan via email. I have advanced to the international competition and hope to take 1st place however I can only do that by getting other suggestions and a different pair of eyes. Why not do your own research ? For example, type 'Business Plan Template download' into Google / Yahoo Search & see what comes up .. As an alternative, you could check out the Banks for Business Start-up loans and see what they expect ... Good luck with your Business idea !

Why do we use mapquest to help us get to our next destination? Because without a map or business plan we don't know where we are going and if we are on track for success or even failure. Failure is a given without a plan. That is a certainty and a fact. Ask any entrepenuer that has failed enough times to actually acheive their goal. This is very basic, but I usually start with this format: The Business Idea What are you selling? The Product/ Service Who are your customers? Is the market growing? What makes your product so unique from the competition? Marketing strategies to expand your marketshare Packages and pricing Manpower What skills are needed to run the business? Production What capital, resources and materials are needed for the business? Targets/ realizable goals Finance Where will the money come from to start the business? SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats) After you're through with the business plan, read the book below:
