I have my own domain email with Yahoo Small Business and I'd like to know how I can set my email to send an "I'm on vacation" relply to my received emails. Is this possible?

Go to Options > Vacation Response (or in Beta version, go to Options > Mail Options > Vacation Response). Be careful about using this feature. It will send a reply to ALL emails that hit your inbox, the good mails AND the spam. Do you want to alert the spammers to your active business address? It could unleash a FLOOD of spam mails landing in your inbox.

i have a domain with yahoo smallbusiness and they suspended my acount and i want to transfer the domain but i can't log in to my small bussiness acount,it says it doesnt exsist and when i try to transfer it it says already registered.

Call Yahoo Small Business customer support (go to store.yahoo.com and I believe the number is right there). Make sure that they walk through the entire process, including the 'authorization code' that you will need to enter in order to transfer the domain to a new registrar. Also check your contract with Yahoo - it's possible that you'd need to pay them to release your domain, if the contract provided that you won't own it until a specific number of months were paid to Yahoo.

That is just the domain fee. All the other things are extra and pricey.

I have a small business web hosting with yahoo and I have a ton of space left. I want to make another website but I don't want to pay for another web hosting. can Yahoo do "add on domains" and if so where can I find info on this?

no with small business hosting, the space is just for the domain you subscribed to/

Ive been having issues with Yahoo's domain service. Basically, i changed my nameservers to use my own host rather than Yahoo, and i also set up my MX records and a CNAME to use Google Apps with my domain. I just called yahoo small business again, and i got the runaround. i am being told the following - I am told that If i change my nameservers to point to anywhere but yahoo, (such as ns1.8tt.org), any changes i make to the MX records and CNAMES through Yahoo will not work. - The supervisor told me that they lose the ability to update and control my DNS records when i use a host other than Yahoo. - They told me i need to contact my HOST and have them set up the DNS for me. Now it was my understanding that I could point my nameservers to any host, and still control my DNS through the registrar. Am i wrong, or is this just a complete load of crap? I know that in the past i have done this exact thing with other registrars with no trouble whatsoever

Yes you should be able to still conrol your DNS settings through the registrar. I would transfer your domain to another company. Try tranferring to http://www.doggydomains.com
