Check your browser settings and make sure you are allowing that domain url to set session cookies on your computer. It can be found under tools in Firefox then click on options and find the privacy tab then check the box that says accept cookies from sites. Very similar in Internet Explorer! Normally when logged into my main Yahoo email account, I could click on the alternate (small business) email and it would switch over to that account. Now, when I click that link it takes me to a login screen. I log in, and it takes me back to the original page. Back and forth I can go.

Best thing for you to do is contact yahoo, they will help you fix your problem, i had a problem kinda like this before,and i contacted them and they helped me fix it,

i am a small business customer. and i have purchased 5 domain names with yahoo ( with ID kapson2 ) now yahoo has deleted my account ID kapson2, i have tried to recover that ID but can't succed. now How can I manage my Domain Control panel? i have tried to contact the yahoo small business Team also, But no Answer .. :( i am worried how will i renew my domains when it expires. is there any one knows what to do in this situation? any guidline please... thanks

Good Luck my yahoo id was Deactivated. I tried to contact yahoo and only got generic answers. I would say don't waste your time. call it a loss.

I am trying to run a simple mail form (php) on yahoo small business hosting. They require a snippet of code to permit sending mail (which blows my mind). Here is the code they say to use: form method=post action="http://us.1.p10.webhosting.yahoo.com/ forms?login=YAHOO_USERNAME" The problem is, is that my php is also performing a post/action and I don't know how to have both processed at the same time. Here is the php code snippet I'm currently using that also calls post/action (tags left out due to scriptlance): form action="http://www.LINKTOMYPHP.php" method="post" How do I combine these to successfully process the mail form and meet yahoo's requirements with their snippet of code?

It sounds like you don't know how your own PHP stuff works. What does your own PHP page, the "action" stuff, actually do? If it's just a status page, then use Yahoo's action instead. If your PHP page actually do something, then you'll have to tell us what it does.

I have two e-mail addresses tied to my Yahoo Login ID. One is private address. Other is Small Business Yahoo address. When I install Yahoo Mobile Mail, I can access only the mail from my private Yahoo address. How can I configure Yahoo Mobile Mail to access my Small Business Yahoo e-mail account? Per Yahoo Help: Can I check my Business Email on my mobile phone? Yes and no. For now, you can access your Business Email only on a BlackBerry. We plan to roll out more devices later this year.
