A retail store is a business located in a commercial property. If you want to lease a currently operating retail store, then search: business opportunities for lease: retail store. You can search for "retail space for lease" rather than "retail store for lease". If you want to lease a commercial building suitable for your store, you usually search commercial buildings by the square footage you need. Sometimes, these are listed as dollars per sqft ($12/sqft, or $5/sqft, for example). You want property zoned for retail, and eliminate the buildings not suitable for retail (like office space, medical office space, etc.) You want to be searching a commercial real estate database, not necessarily the multiple listing system used by area Realtors. Most Realtors do not have much experience in commercial property, and most commercial properties available are not in the multiple listing system. It is a good idea to go to a commercial real estate broker and hire them as your agent. Most retail stores available for lease are not listed anywhere. If they are vacant, there may only be a sign on the building, or out front in the parking lot. If they are operating, they may not be advertised at all. Even the employees working at the store may not be aware that the owner is willing to lease it. Only an experienced commercial agent will be able to locate the property, and negotiate your lease.

Short answer is no - at least not publicly available on the web. Zoopla actually provides rental estimates as well - but only on the residential properties it lists. Hometrack does residential valuations too, but Zoopla is free.

I have to relocate my business based in North East London. Commerical Property Estate Agents are no help at all. Are there companies who will search the market on my behalf and find suitable properties?

Instead of calling the big commercial reality. Call a local Real estate office they may work harder for you. Where are you relocating to? Residential realtors have access to and sell commercial.

I have seen a lot of people on eBay, but it does cost money. Doing any kind of internet sales are very risky, so I do not recomend it unless you want to risk getting almost nothing for it.
