This is for commercial and residentail real estate. Renters can buy real estate. People with bad credit can buy real estate with little or no money down with me. People in chapter 13 bankruptcy can refinance out of it. People one day out of Chapter 7 bankruptcy can refinance or purchase real estate. I offer 100% financing on construction loans! I have loan programs for bad credit where the credit scores are ignored. Commercial mortgages to 90% and working capital and closings added to that for a 93% commercial loan. well i really can't awswer this question but i think real estste financling is something really hard

I would love to buy a retail location for my biz but I would need 20% down... in my area it would be 40-60 thousand $$$ down... ouch! I currently lease. Are their any other options for me aside from taking on partners?????? Would building be an alternative, or would the same rules apply?

If you occupy 51% or more of the property you can get an SBA loan with 5% to 10% down or less.

Hard to become a broker...not really. Hard to succeed...depends on you. Make no mistake, this is hard work. Networking, selling, cold calling, canvasing, etc., be prepared to work and not necessarily make any money for the first few months. I didn't get a check for the first 8 months I was in the business. If you work hard and have a good mentor, you can avoid a lot of mistakes and save some time. Find a firm that is willing to invest some time to train you and make sure you are part of a selling team. It will make things a lot easier. The income can be enormous...I know more than a handful of guys in my market (Long Island) who make well over a million dollars per year. Lots of brokers here make between $100,000 - $300,000. But remember, it's all commission (you eat what you kill) Good luck! Ralph Benzakein whitman-realty.com
