I am really confused. I have a wire transfer profile. I've given my personal bank account, my full name, address, the name of the bank (RCBC), the address of the bank, the branch name and bank identifier (the SWIFT number). The problem is that my employer wants me to add an ABA number of RCBC's Corresponding Bank in the USA, intermediary bank identifier, bank name and address. RCBC said that they do cannot provide it because it will be the employer who will give it since that it is the employer who will send the money to my account. When I asked my employer, they said that I have to ask RCBC again and they still insist that those information will come from RCBC. Who's telling the truth? I already missed 3 paydays and I am afraid that I might not get it. Please help! note: I do not have a bank account. My bank is RCBC (Rizal Commercial Banking Corporation) Any advice for wire transfer for the Philippines? Is the wire route number same with the ABA number

RCBC should have no problem giving you the Wire Routing number ( which is usually different from your regular account routing number ), because it's basic information that your employer wouldn't have access to otherwise. Anyone who calls my bank can ask for their wire routing number.
