I have completed "Step 1" of the 'Free Credit Report and Credit Score(s)" under a "Service" you ambigious -- catch us if you can people -- who are in control of this _Program_; BUT!. Ihave NOT been able to proceed any farther therein! I'm PISSED OFF, to say the least!! Please, let me "hang in" here until I get a _reasonable_answer_ to my questions. I _really_do_ want to try to master the "workings" of this program! DBH

1. Do you need show a credit score or a credit report when renting a house? 2. What is the best way to get your score/report? I have never checked it. Preferably a fast way. I have heard of many websites but I believe they are mailed if I'm not mistaken. Is there a place you can go locally? 3. Is there anything else I need to know with renting a house that has to deal with my credit?

1. Depending on the landlord, sometimes they can pull it but using your social. If you have a copy already that can help 2. Under a new law, you're allowed to receive a free copy of your credit report once a year. You can go to this website http://www.annualcreditreport.com to get one. 3. When you rent a house, depending on the landlord, your monthly rent payment would not be reported to the credit bureaus. But there is a website that specializes in reporting rent payments along with other monthly payments like utlities, cellular, day care, etc. as a way to build credit to provide an opportunity to get a mortgage and other credit products later on down the line.

Someone just suggested to me to use Privacy Matters 1-2-3. Now last Saturday I went to freecreditreport and signed up...BUT They said they were going to send me something in the regular mail that will tell me how to log on the first time. So now the free trial days are ticking by and I don't have a way to log in and get my credit reports and scores! Does this Privacy 1-2-3 do that? Is there a place where I can sign up for a trial and get instant access?

I went to 3 different dealerships and applied for their loan, but I changed my mind and I purchased a car through someone else at the end. I called the lender and they me it's based on m credit history not my score. I checked my credit report and there is nothing bad on there? Could it be that they didn't like me going to 3 dealerships?

Bout 50 bucks a year, but I cant clearly see if those scores are going to change regularly, as in when they change, do I get to see it, or does it happen only once a month or do i see it the minute it changes on any of them at any time through the year? THanks

it will notify you when your credit score changes; there is no set time when it changes because bureau's are always updating credit profiles etc......
