Annual Credit Report Request Service

I have requested my annual credit report through the annualcreditreport website, but I'm not sure when should I expect my report, will this be through postal office mail or my personal email address. I have call them to find out, but they don't have customer service assistance. What should I do, to ensure they receive my personal information and this is a secure website.

AnnualCreditReport.com is the annual free report and it is a secure site: https://www.annualcreditreport.com/cra/ helpfaq#sitesecure It is not emailed because email is not secure. You either view it online instantly or it is sent to you in the mail. (Your reports will be mailed to you within 15 days. Please, allow 2-3 weeks for delivery.) That depends on how you requested your report. It sounds to me like you'll be receiving it through postal mail.
