Experian Credit Report

For some reason experian does not have a credit report for me. I'm unable to contact their reps because this requires that you purchase a report from them. Does anyone have any idea how I would be able to speak to someone to get this resolved?

You are allowed 1 free credit report from each of the major 3. TransUnion, Equifax, Experian. http://www.annualcreditreport.com This does not require any payment from you.

I am trying to dispute my own credit and receive Trans Union and Equifax every month, but with Experian I am lucky to it every 2-3 months. I am getting letters saying they believe a third party is sending it. Does anyone have any idea's for me to get my credit reports from Experian? Thanks

My Experian credit report says that some items remain on my report until a certain date. But other things dont say that. Can these negative accounts remain on my credit indefinitely?

Charged-off, defaulted debt can stay for a maximum of seven years beginning with the date that you first became delinquent and never became current again. This clock cannot be re-started. I've seen such a notation from Experian before....Sometimes these multi-billion dollar credit bureaus think they can make up their own rules in spite of the Fair Credit Reporting Act....If this particular notation is for a debt in which you became delinquent more than seven years ago, it should be closing to falling off your report. If you feel they are in violation of the Fair Credit Reporting Act here...challenge them on this.

There really is no need to pull your credit each week, it only updates monthly. Try pulling it everyother month instead. It is best to sign up with a premium service through the bureau for a nominal fee that will alert you of any credit changes. if i order my free 30 day credit report from them... can i cancel it straight after the 30 days so it dont cost me anything or am i obliged to pay a monthly subscription atfer the 30 days are over? thanks
